Meet the men behind the food

Niclas Yngvesson

Niclas is originally from the town of Falkenberg on the west-coast of Sweden, and has worked his way from one-star to three-star kitchens in the US, England, Australia, Norway and Singapore. Niclas has a penchant for Asian flavours.

Gustav Knutsson

Gustav grew up in the Dalsland region of interior Sweden, and although his experience mainly builds on time spent in the kitchens of some of Gothenburg’s best restaurants, he also brings to Bhoga experience from both China and Hong-Kong. Passionate about all things seafood, Gustav also has a great love for creating desserts.
